Hi,
On Fridays Squats work out(20 secs on 10secs off) Do you only do this once thru as this will only be 1 min 30. Not to sure if you do rounds as it does'nt say on the WOD.

No such luck. A set of tabata squats is the following: a set of max # of squats in 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times. It should take 3:50. That is one tabata set. You then repeat this whole process 2 more times. This results in 10:30 seconds not including the rest between the tabata sets themselves. Enjoy.
