Dinner

I apologize if this is in the wrong location. Does anyone have any good recipes with ground turkey? I have an onion and some peppers (as well as mushrooms).

Re: Dinner

Turkey Burger... I have been eating them all week.

Dice up whatever veggies you choose (I usually do peppers and onions) mix in some seasoning (I tend to lean more towards crushed red pepper and black pepper) mix together, make a patties and grill.

They are great!

Re: Dinner

I just made a taco meat loaf.

1lb ground meat

1/2lb hot sausage

1 onion

1 green pepper

1/2 cup black beans (optional depending on what you eat)

2 cloves of garlic

2 tbs hot sauce (tapatio)

2 eggs

Spices I don't measure, but generous amounts of garlic salt, chili powder, cumin, and cilantro.

Saute the onion, green pepper, and garlic in your choice of oil, add to meat, add seasoning, and add the 2 eggs. Mix well.

I baked at 350 for 1 hour.

If you eat cheese, I topped it with jalapeno cheese for during the last 10 minutes.
