not eating, not sure why

The last few days I have not been able to eat. This is odd for me because I usually have a pretty healthy apatite. Not sure why but for about the last 2 days I just have not been hungry. Tried to eat, but could not do it.
Anyone else ever go through this?
Even tried to go to the gym to see if I could 'work up an apatite' but could hardly get into the workout before I just got tired.
