diet critique

right now I'm at college w/ limited food options. I'm just maintaining weight and trying to get my hands on as much good quality food as possible.
1) tell me how this looks
2) is it alright if I'm getting all my carbs from vegetables? I'm eating a huge salad with broccoli, beets , peppers and other mixed vegetables at every meal.( fruit here is in pretty sh**y condition i.e.) brown smushy bananas, apples with big bruises on them and id prefer not to eat them)
3) only protein options are chicken and eggs (or canned tuna/paleo sticks from my room)

breakfast:
4 eggs
tablespoon olive oil
mixed veg salas

snack:
handfull nuts

lunch
half pound chicken
evoo/nuts
mixed salad

snack
handfull nuts/ 4 pack paleo sticks

dinner:
4eggs/ ~4oz grilled chicken
evoo
mixed salad

I'm getting about 150g of protein a day, and about 120g fat, not sure carb content of vegetables though...

i estimate my macros to be about 50f/30p/20c from the rough estimates I've made.

how does this look/ if i add more carbs via veggies is it alright if m not eating fruit?

Re: diet critique

I would say to try and increase carb intake some. That is pretty low 20 % might be ambitious. Veggies can make it tough to eat more than 100g of carbs in a day. Maybe try to add a glass of juice once a day to add another 30g of carbs or so. Just don't go hog wild. Try to use some potatoes or yams if possible. Looks like you are PALEO!!! judging by the food selection?

Re: diet critique

i suppose you can call it paleo, but personally i don't follow the whole ''only eat cavemen food''thing etc.
im allergic to gluten, and hate milk because my parents used to force me to drink it with almost every meal as a kid. my parents also never let me eat sweets and packaged food as a kid so i was kind of bought up in a paleo mindset.
