Wondering if anybody else has experience this, I read the posts on rancid fish oil causing burping, but I don't take fish oil, just nuts, olives, and avacados. And this happens when I do or don't eat fats.

I've been to my doctor three times as I am also a sufferer of Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease (bad heartburn). The rub is that when I started the Zone a few months ago, my heartburn went away. But I started burping. When I switched to Metabolic Diet it got even worse.

This is a real deal problem as it is non-stop, like every minute or so a real big burp. And all day to, when I'm driving, after working out, all the time.

I eat a lot of game meat (I order online and get buffalo, ostrich, elk, venison) but also chicken and steak and fish. Could it have something to do with the fat in the game meat? Any help would seriously be a huge help.

Semper Fidelis,
Brian
