Tearing feeling lower abdomen squats

I was doing a PR set of 5 squats today and my form was really breaking down. Yes, it's very stupid to perform an exercise with a weight you cannot do properly.

Anyways, somewhere around parallel on the way up, I felt a tearing / burning sensation in the lower left part of my abdomen, right around the "adonis belt" or whatever. It just happened that one time and I continued with my squat workout with no pain.. Hernia? It was a really strange feeling. Didn't hurt so much as I could just feel a "tearing" feeling.

As long as it doesn't occur again I guess you're most likely fine

I would've guessed strain or hernia if it's repeated
