Over a month ago I hyper-extended my middle and ring fingers in my Krav Maga class. X-rays said nothing was broken. The pain has mostly gone away but I have very limited range of motion in those two fingers. I'm seeing a hand specialist in a couple of weeks but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions to increase my r.o.m. I've rested, iced, massaged, elevated but am getting very frustrated with the slow recovery. I can't even come close to making a fist and this makes pull ups and deadlifts very difficult. If anyone has had a similar injury suggestions would be very helpful.
