8 pullups
35 lb kb, rh get up / clean / snatch, then left, 1 complex
squat 185x8
6 pullups, bw+10
1 kb complex
squat 205x6
4 pullups, bw+20
1 kb complex
squat 225x4
2 pullups, bw+30
1 kb complex
squat 245x2
1 pullup, bw+40
1 kb complex

-5 muscle ups (jumping - rings at nose height)

Finished in 15:22.

55 lb kettlebell
-5 rh snatch
-5 SDHP
-5 lh snatch
-5 SDHP

I got one round done in 1:34, then the baby got mad and I had to quit.

1/26/07:
4 rounds for time:
-135 lb squat, 5 reps
-5 pullups
-5 box jumps
-press 70 lbs, 5 reps
-35 lb kb, 5 rh snatch
-5 lh snatch
-5 kb SDHP
-5 ring pushups
-5 double unders
-5 burpees

Finished in 18:13.
