Each set of bench was followed by 5 pullups

Quick one this morning...AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
-95 lb front squat, 10 reps
-70 lb press with a tricep bar, 10 reps (on round 3 and after I switched to a 45 lb plate)

5 rounds in 10 minutes. Something is better than nothing.

bench 155x5, 5 pullups
bench 165x5, 5 pullups
bench 175x5, 5 pullups
bench 185x4 (one more than last week), 5 pullups
bench 195x1, fail on 2 (last week I got 3)

Going to have to take a week off. Just got "fixed" on Friday, and I'm not supposed to do anything strenuous for 10 days.
