Justin's Crossfit Log

Started the crossfit mentality and methods a few weeks ago, im still learning and trying to gain strength on the side of WODS (im only 132lbs) Coming from a strict running background, lifting heavy weights in the gym has been a battle, but its paying off slowly and surely.

Also doing a 3 week muscle up prep. 2 more weeks and im going to do a muscle up.

Todays Workout
5 Rounds for Time

500M Row
50 Squats
30 Back Extensions
