After Kelly's prodding, I decided to log my workouts here:

6 Minute Snatch Set @ 16kg (100L/20R)

Rest 5 minutes

5X50L/50R Swings @ 24kg completed in 19:37

On the last set of swings, I broke up the reps on the left hand 30+20

Cut the snatch set short. My right hand is still healing and it was getting a little aggravated so I decided to stop and let it heal at least another day.

500 swings done in a 50/50 fashion is tougher than anything I've done recently.

Jerks later this evening if time permits.

2/21 (Evening)

4X10L/10R Jerks @ 32kg

1X25L/25R Jerks @ 24kg (Split up the reps on the left 19+6)

1X20 Dbl Jerks @ 2/16kg

I probably could have eeked out a few more reps on the lighter doubles but I was pretty fried after 24kg jerks.

12 Minute Snatch Set @ 16kg (104L/94R)

Well, didn't quite make it 12. Couldn't hold onto the bell on the right...Held it in the hang position for last 15 seconds, but let go at 11:55 mark.

Rest 5 Minutes

Row 2000M

Slow row. 9:22. Grip, and everything fried from snatches.

Yesterday, I just worked a few technique sets. I wasn't feeling that great.

Today,

8 Minute Snatch Set (80L/93R)

I did 4 minutes Left -rest 4 minutes- 4 Minutes Right

I decided to push it on the right.

2X12 Dbl Jerks @ 2/24kg. (Every rep of these felt heavy and harder than usual)

Still not feeling to great today. Decided to call it a day.

8 Minute + Snatch Set (95L/65R)

I had intended to go eight minutes, but I forgot to switch at 4 on the left.

I'm still not a 100%. This wasn't too bad, but I was dealing with some gut distress at the 8 min mark, Otherwise I would have just went ahead worked the full 10.

2/27

Finally feeling better today...

Just to see if I could...1L/2R KB MP @ 32kg. Didn't attempt a 2nd rep on the left.

10 Minute Snatch Set @ 16kg (98L/98R). Struggled on the right in the last 30 seconds or so. Not an easy effort, but a strong one.

Rest 9 Minutes

3X30L/30R @32kg Swings (completed in 7 minutes. Rest 30 sec between hands)

Still not quite a 100%. I also thought the garage would be cooler (high was 45, but garage was 60) and I was dressed too warmly.

Jerk training @ 2/24kg

1X12
1X10
4X8
5X6

Completed in 19 minutes. I tried to slow it down somewhat in the rack with a few seconds between each rep(most of the time). I'm still getting used to double work with these bells. Felt heavy tonight
