The last two day's the front of my shoulders have been killing me. They were a little sore on WED, and my day of rest was THUR, so I thought I probably just needed a rest. When I was moving in to my new house yesterday they started hurting to the point where I couldn't lift my arms without alot of pain. This morning they felt stiff, and tender. Now after my workout, it feels as if my arms are going to fall off. Just having my arms up on the desk to type hurts. It sort of feels like someone is shoveing a huge needel into the front of my shoulders. Can anybody give me some tips as to what I should do, weather I need to give them a few days rest, or do some sort of stretch that might help?

Grab your right shoulder with your left hand. Take the left elbow with your right hand and push it slightly up and to the right. I love that one. Stretch out your pecs too.

You didn't give enough info. Are you having joint pain, muscle pain, both?

If it's joint pain, then I think you'd better rest them or you're going to be doing a 3 on, 100 off workout schedule instead of 3 on, 1 off, LOL.

Take a supplement of manup. Itll get you through the day. Kidding. (before anyone out there toasts me for my post, I know Eric.) You better be careful. You know the problems I had with my elbow and shoulder. Look in the archives in this thread for other shoulder references.
