back to training but must take it easy and not train for too long.

still working out i see from your log, i've had a bit of time off from the gym but I'm still doing some stuff at home pull ups, sit ups and press ups but still not as good as wales. working out has seemed to be a bit boring since then. I think because have no goal to work to and working on power is knocking the out of me.

finally got the rings sorted
so been playing like a kid in the park today and managed to do 3 muscle ups but failed a lot more times. mixed up with some running in total 4k, 30 or so burpees and around 70 squats.

57mins
avg hr 156
max hr 186
in zone 15mins
tot cal 823
tot fat 7.4g

shoulders are starting to hurt think i need some ice

Well done on the muscle ups, next time around you should try and hit 30 for time, once you get 1 that's the next step. I got a goal for you, Sectionals next year around April, its the first step for qualifying for the Crossfit games.

p.s. I havent stopped training in the last 23 years so dont expect any lapses now

same old thing
but i can now do 4 muscle ups in a row on the rings
sweeeeet!
printed off loads of work outs, so got an exercise bible to keep me going through the christmas, loads going from running, strength, crossfit stuff and made up wod's from forum's.
keep it real and stay strong

sadly no gym today
but did bodyweight fran at home

BODYWEIGHT FRAN

21-15-9

PULL UPS

BURPEES

off to a bad start having no breakfast
and drinking double coffee's most of the day,
and apart from feeling st i have a cracking
time of.............. 4.45
coffee makes your stomach and lungs burn, not a good idea
back to the drawing board tomorrow

plus i did other stuff
1000 skipps
100 double unders, then snapped my speed rope, don't skip in the cold on concrete.
ring work(dips,muscle ups)
and about 50 press ups
