finally got the rings sorted
so been playing like a kid in the park today and managed to do 3 muscle ups ![]() 57mins avg hr 156 max hr 186 in zone 15mins tot cal 823 tot fat 7.4g shoulders are starting to hurt think i need some ice |

Well done on the muscle ups, next time around you should try and hit 30 for time, once you get 1 that's the next step. I got a goal for you, Sectionals next year around April, its the first step for qualifying for the Crossfit games.

woo been a while
same old thing but i can now do 4 muscle ups in a row on the rings sweeeeet! ![]() printed off loads of work outs, so got an exercise bible to keep me going through the christmas, loads going from running, strength, crossfit stuff and made up wod's from forum's. keep it real and stay strong ![]() |

sadly no gym today
but did bodyweight fran at home BODYWEIGHT FRAN 21-15-9 PULL UPS BURPEES off to a bad start having no breakfast and drinking double coffee's most of the day, and apart from feeling s ![]() time of.............. 4.45 coffee makes your stomach and lungs burn, not a good idea back to the drawing board tomorrow plus i did other stuff 1000 skipps 100 double unders, then snapped my speed rope, don't skip in the cold on concrete. ring work(dips,muscle ups) and about 50 press ups ![]() |
