My left leg is much stronger than my right. All my right leg single leg deadlifts were done in sets of one. More single leg work would probably be good for me.

2 handed KB swings 1.5 pood
2 KB loaded thrusters 1.5 pood
Jumping Split Squats
Burpees
Rest

81 + 62 + 70 = 213

Did 15 swings and 5 thrusters every round. Didn't max out on swings or thrusters in order to get more reps on the split squats and burpees.

5 kb snatches each arm
10 kb push presses each arm
15 kb ohs each arm
20 kb swings each

Did 1.5 pood for everything but the OHS. The snatches and swings were unbroken for each arm. I broke up the push presses into 2 sets of 5 for each arm on the second set, but I should have gone straight through like I did on the 1st and 3rd rounds.

For the OHS, I started with 1 pood. I wasn't getting much depth at all so Liz switched me to 18lbs after about 5-10 reps. I still wasn't getting much depth at all because of my mobility not because of the weight. In the 3rd round after 4 reps of OHS, Liz told me to do front squats holding the KB goblet style.

12th st. Cindy

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Pullups done in the weight room. Everything else done in the raquetball court. It's probably 30 meters between spaces. I'm not sure how long it takes to walk from one to the other.

Rxd 11 rounds + 4 pushups

On 8/28 this year, I did Cindy with a light band for pullups and squated to 3 stacked stools in the old space so there was no transition time between rounds. Then, I did 12 rounds + 1 squat.
