Power Jump squats (6 sets of 6) BW, 1 pood, 1.5 pood (not jumping high enough), 1 pood, 1 pood, 1 pood Metcon 50 manmakers (kb pushup into a clean + thruster) with a 15:00 cap 1.5 pood (each arm) 35 reps before hitting cap |

11/13 Saturday
AMRAP 20 minutes American KB swings (swing goes overhead until your ear is visible from the side) Every time you put the KB down you must run 400m. Workout starts with a 400m run. 130 total swings My workout went approximately like: 400m run, 30 swings, run, 25, run, 25, run, 20, run, 20, run, 10 So, I ran 1.5 miles during the Metcon. |

5 rounds of max reps (Rest as needed between rounds) Piked Pushups Pullups (Pronated) 11/5, 14/3, 14/4, 15/3, 15/2 Also did a handstand against the wall for the first time today. |

AMRAP 20 min 30 sec handstand hold 8 russian kb swings (2 pood) 10 strict situps 12 rounds plus 1 second of handstand hold The rx'd version was 4 HSPU, but I can't do HSPUs. The sub was 10 pushups, but it seemed like it would be better for me to do handstand holds. I did a handstand for the first time last Sunday, and I've probably done 10,000 pushups in my life. I wanted to do something where I was more uncomfortable. |
