I will describe dips:
1. From the top postition on a dip bar or parallel bars, lower your body as low as you can comfortably go down. 2. From the bottom position raise yourself up to the starting point. Notes: A. You will here alot of talk about elbow placement, I say let your elbows go in there natural plane of motion. B. You will also here about how to lean your body, again, I say just go with your bodies natural lean. I hope this helps. In his name. |
