Coach,
I may be wrong, but it seems like you split the upper and lower body between workouts. Am I wrong or maybe it just constantly varies. |

I think if you look back it varries quite a bit. One of my favorite WOD include box jumps, PU, dips done either for time or # of sets. It would be interesting to know if there is a preferance engineered into the WOD.

Robert, I agree. It would be interesting to know the "methodology" behind the program.
Maybe the methodology is just randomness based around all the crossfit values. I guess what I just said wasn't rocket science. In his name. |
