Sorry for the newbie question, but in the current WOD, wednesday calls for air squats. Anyone out there with a quick definition?

Just squats without weights...hands out in front for ballance...really pushing the glutes back and putting the weight through the heels. The model on the opening page or foundations page is doing them.
