I will describe dips:
1. From the top postition on a dip bar or parallel bars, lower your body as low as you can comfortably go down.
2. From the bottom position raise yourself up to the starting point.
A. You will here alot of talk about elbow placement, I say let your elbows go in there natural plane of motion.
B. You will also here about how to lean your body, again, I say just go with your bodies natural lean.
