How do you properly do a powerclean vs. a clean & jerk?
Thanks. |

Try this, http://www.hhs.csus.edu/homepages/khs/Kilogram4/public/Exercises/table_of_conten ts_Exercises.htm
I like the web site as well. |

when doing a power clean, after you bring up the bar, do you drop down into a squat and come back up, or do you just flip the bar and stand up wothout the squat?

you can do all of those...anywhere from a full squat which technickly is a "clean" to half squats and quarter squats. The amount of weight and your athleticism will determine where in this spectrum you end up.
