5 rep max deadlift. Pulled 375x5 and stopped there. Heart monitor went off so no point pushing for 395 or whatever. |

Cleared to lift again. Squatted. Worked up to 345 x1 x 1 x1 Could have gone higher but was tired so didn't push it. |

Re: Back in the Saddle

Press 155 x1 x1 Couldn't get 3 sets of this which is very frustrating. Used to 3x 165 per set.. Just tired and no real muscle endurance. |

Re: Back in the Saddle
Week has been a good week. Added some supplements from At Large and can tell that I am less tired and do recover better.
Front squatted 300 (wrist was hurting from old injury) and pressed out 160 which felt good after failing other week. Speed day was also good and I felt less tired between sets. Overall feel more "recovered" (less sore) during the week too. Traveling next week then going to amp up the training some and add ets to the mix also. |

Re: Back in the Saddle
So hit it harder today and felt good. Managed a 385 back squat for a training max today. Will probably do front squats next week and something else the week after.
Weighed myself, took pictures and did some measurements. Needless to say it was a bit disappointing 202lbs, 40.5 inches around midsection over belly button. Will upload pictures at a later time but man they were some motivation. Have been eating better, drinking more water and taking my suppliments. |

Been busy but lifting some. Did some arm work (speed). Some cardio last two days. This cold weather and sprinting isn't fun. |

Re: Back in the Saddle

Floor press. 205 max. Really noticed how weak I am now on this. Atm strength has greatly diminished compared to leg str. When you lose 30-40lbs on your squat it's not as "huge" vs 30-40lbs on your bench/Etc. Did other arm work. Feeling good otherwise. |
