What's in your gym bag?

Just thought I would get this going kinda a fun thing to see what everyone is carrying around with them, you never know what you're going to need.

In my gym bag: 2 Shaker bottles(1 with protein, 1 without), Big Nalgene Bottle of water, Sandals, Towel, Wrist Wraps, Medical Tape, Some Chalk, and usually some sort of sugar such as an apple incase I feel like I'm going to keel over

I definitely left out the fact that I have a lacrosse ball too. That little thing is so awesome and hurts soo good

hmm let me think:

lifting belt (best belts athlete belt)
lifting shoes (pendlay do-wins)
knee sleeves (i know but i'm old)
collars
fractional plates
journal
iPod (i need my megadeth, slayer, metallica when they were a real band, testament, pantera, and iron maiden to lift)
towel
water bottle
