195's are the best shoe I have ever owned. I wont buy a different pair of running/workout shoes as long as they are available.

Shoe fits perfectly (at least on my foot). The lacing system allows you to get it super snug without creating pressure on top of the foot. Its constructed minimally, breathes exceptionally, and has a mold-able heel cup to help with fit. The 3 mil heel to toe drop is perfect for me; stable for lifting/cals, but can still run 10+ miles in it. Sole is super sticky, I had some durability concerns, but put 500+ miles plus WODs on my first pair. Hard to explain how awesome they are without wearing them, but you should try and find a place to try some on. I admittedly haven't tried the Nano however. No reason to after owning 195s honestly.

Re: Reebok CrossFit Nano Vs. Inov lite 195

i have both. i prefer the Nanos but barely. and its worth noting the 195s LOOK way better. id never wear the nanos unless i was working out. the 195s might get worn depending on what im wearing.

The nanos reap the benefits of being specifically designed for crossfit.
-Cushion is perfect, solid enough to squat HEAVY in, but soft enough to run in
-There is a slight heel rise (akin to that seen in an oly shoe, but much less) that is enough to feel when squatting, but flat enough to run in,
-There are these weird teeth like things in the arch area that grip a climbing rope like a 2nd set of hands
-while i havent personally activated the nano form, supposedly this makes the comfort level go through the roof

Another +1 for the 195s, although I also haven't tried the nano's. I changed over from a number of Nike free's and vff's but I will be sticking with 195s for the foreseeable.

Another thing I like is hard sole, but that's probably free the free's and the VFFs!
