Im getting ready to order some kettlebells/ slamballs. I was looking at the hyperware sandbags and the sand bag pod. Is there a difference in using the soft neoprene style compared to the regular slam balls. They say these will replace the slam balls and kettlebells you can do the same with them. Thanks
