Hi, I'm a part-time CF'er, prefering to spend the majority of my workout time in my racing kayaks. I like the CF attitude towards fitness though, and thought some of you might like this website:
It's in Norwegian, of course, but if I can figure it out, you can. Lots and lots of videos on all sorts of stretches, forward rolls, rope exercises, stability exercises, kayak and rowing technique, 2 person body weight exercises, shoulder stability, hand-eye coordination, etc.
