Provides definitions for everyday workout routines and certain identities in the industry. Safe for work.

My personal fav: Kettlebell, n. A cannonball with a handle, believed by its promoters to have the mystical power to cure virtually any orthopedic condition or ailment. According to certified kettlebell instructors, comatose cause celeb Terry Schiavo was probably one or two kettlebell sessions away from competing on Dancing With the Stars.

My fav was the squat rack def:
Squat Rack, n. An ill thought-out piece of engineering that prompts users in most gyms to wonder why so much metal is needed merely to do biceps curls. While its origins are murky, some believe the squat rack was originally designed for some exercise lost in history.
Too many people at my mcgym use this for curls or a towel rack.

Pretty funny. Few of us are safe from fitting at least one of the definitions on that list.

BTW, that link is only safe if it's okay to have barely clothed fitness models and questionable language on your PC.

Yeah, not w/f safe.

Favorite is definitely HIT... because it's a true statement. HIT protocol is worthless.

Deadlift was funny too.
