I'll 2nd that declaration . On the bright side it appears your shoulders are flexible enough however your hips/ankles not so much. But it certainly can be improved. Lots of things you can do to help with it. Search "hips" on mobilitywod.com or here's a link to start

Ankle flexibility is no better than mine but the hip flexibility is really problematic. Knees are not out, torso is not upright.

Lincoln - any reccomended MWODs for the hips, you put hips into the mwod search and I get a million responses. I also feel like I have a crazy tight back when it comes to OHS and I couldn't really find anything for that when I searched.

Re: Check out my snatch(es)

3rd time's a charm? The issues in this video are the same as they where when you asked here: http://board.crossfit.com/showthread...54#post1040754

..or here:

Nothing's really changed in the past 6 months. So do something, do anything, at this point. You could have probably watched and tested all the MWODs by now and figured out what worked for you - which is in the end what you have to do, we can suggest all day, but it's totally up to individual needs, and what you find works for stretching your issue spots.

Since that is a lot of information, here is a STARTING point, for you to expand from on your own:
Detailed post is here: http://www.70sbig.com/blog/2011/06/mobility-basics/ (wfs)
and the video is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5EO8mPonO0 & http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lb76hFpEZ-s

For improving flexibility for the squat I like ... squats. Tighten up the back, suck the top of the pelvis into the thighs, and squat. Work it around, sink deeper and deeper an inch at a ttime.

Re: Check out my snatch(es)

FWIW there was a guy missing snatches b/c, his hips were back too far, chest forward, not great flexibility in the OHS, knees not over toes.
One of the WLers told him, its just a matter of practicing really pushing your hips forward (tight hip flexors/hips), chest up to get your knees over your toes. And do stretches.
I think Lincoln is right, practice squatting - you'll get there easy, you're young.
