Robert, aren't you a physician? You can't be that dense.

But yeah, I don't think Supertraining should be read until you have a solid foundation...or unless you want to read up on a certain topic.

Yes, I am a physician and feel many medical texts have been easier to read. Just feel Supertraining is constantly adding new terms, descriptions that sound so similar. When I read it I have a sense of what is being described but try to figure a practical application of it. Definitely a book you need to study as opposed to just read and get it right away.
