Books! What are You Reading?

I'm not sure where this should go so lets start here...

I thought it would interesting to see what Crossfitter read when not WODing and tracking down tasty paleo recipes. So lets hear it, what book(books) are you reading, why, and is it any good ?

I'll kick it off....

Just started Cormac McCarthy's The Road. I'm not far enough in, but I'm sensing some CrossFit related themes coming up....

Re: Books! What are You Reading?

There is pretty much always a fitness guide of some sort on my night table, I rotate through the ones I have, at the moment it's Starting Strength 2nd ed. The other book I'm reading at the moment is The Magic of Reality by Richard Dawkins.

Great list!

Quick question---is it tough reconciling all the 'competing' info in training books? When I start collecting info on a subject (like training) I have a difficult time sorting out what's important, what to 'believe' and what to follow. Sometimes it just feels overwhelming. Did that make sense?
