Recovery Chart

I remember seeing this somewhere, but I'm unable to find it again. Does anyone know where I can find the chart that shows time and energy recovery?

Something along the lines of 5 minutes for 95% replenishment of ATP?

Or the metabolic pathways chart energy contribution?

Or what...?

Uh, well, it's a logarithmic curve... that should give you an idea.

I don't know of any off hand and my google searching skills could not find one.
