Hip Flexor
Hey all,
Just looking to see if anyone has gone through anything similar and has any advice to share. Last week I strained my hip flexor doing some squats. It wasn't anything too acute, I just thought that it was a bit tight at first but by the end I was aware that it was a bit more than that. I have since rested in hopes that it would get better on its own. I have done some light stretching but I haven't wanted to push it too far. The problem is that I have a powerlifting meet in exactly a week and I have not had any improvement whatsoever. I have a physio appointment for Tuesday but I was hoping that I could get some personal experience/advice from some of you before then! Thanks
