Started trying some of these last night to put down a mark on the wall of where I am now, so I can "measure" the results later. Anyway, as I was going through some of the white and green exercises, I came up with a few questions:
Pullups - Dead hang, kip, palms out, palms in, anything goes? Squats/Pushups/pretty much anything - Is it ok to rest as part of your set, and if so, where? For example, is it ok to rest in dead hang during pullups? At the top or bottom position of squats or pushups? Military press - I have seen this done in front and back of the neck. I think I had other questions, but can't think of them now. Is there a FAQ, or message thread somewhere that covers these. Quick search didn't find anything for me, but could be user error. Thanks in advance. |

Jeff,
There are indeed many message threads that cover this...haven't looked at Lynne Pitt's FAQ webpage in a while, could be there. Probably difficult to search for those with the search function...I would search for Dave Werner, Crossfit North Standards, fitness levels, etc... There should definately be a FAQ for those, if there isn't one already...lots of threads about it. Aush |

Yeah, I second the vote for a FAQ. Here are just a few I quickly found in the archive:
