Created and tried a variation on the fight gone bad workout, titled "fight gone worse." Same format as normal; you move from each of five stations after a minute, five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating, 3 rounds total. Clock does not reset or stop between.
Exercises as follows:
->KB Swings, 1 pood (reps)
->Glute Ham Sit-ups (reps)
->Burpee Box Jumps, 20" box(reps)
I managed a 296 on this and Grande got a 265. This was slightly different type of endurance than the original FGB. Pretty brutal workout. Next time I'll do ring dips instead of dips, for a little more difficulty.
