No.

However, I am looking at getting it done on my lower lumbar, and know two people (one male member of our national alpine ski team, who was sidelined with low back / sciatic pain, and one female climber injured in a fall) who claim that it fixed them.

Our local guy who does prolo, is acutally an MD, and the head of surgery at our hospital.

His reputation is that he is pretty good.

I gather that skill in "hitting the right spot" is required to make it effective.

As far as I know, there isn't much in the way of contra- indications, other than expense and pain (it reportedly hurts like hell!).

Let us know your experiences.

Kevin

There's plenty of info at Kalindra on prolotherapy. Hope it goes well, let us know. I was considering it myself but so far so good, I think I've stabilized the area.
