![]() I wanted to bring everyone's attention to a resource that we publish for free daily on my affiliate's website. We follow main site programming on a two-month delay and roll our own for main site rest days. Each day we publish three additional scaled versions of the WOD that we call Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Our athletes have found this very helpful in finding a baseline to start their scaling from. Brand X does something very similar (we got the idea from them) with different names. Anyway, if you need ideas for scaling main site WODs, check out our site below:
