What's your "Go To" workout?

Heyas folks,

I was just curious if anyone here has a "go to" WOD they like. Mine is Annie. I recently got the hang of doing Double Unders and enjoy them alot. Whenever I am working somewhere other than my box, or feeling frisky and want to do a double that day, I usually do Annie as my extra credit. I was just wondering if anyone here does the same, and what their "go to" was.

Regards,
Steve

Not a WOD per se', but anything with power cleans is usually what I like to do for a pick-me-up. Cleaning a big weight off the floor is good for my ego. One of my favorites is from the Hyperfit Midwinter Challenge a few years ago:

5 rounds for time:
5 power cleans @185
30 Double Unders

cutoff time of 15 minutes.

Go to programming:
Snatch 3-3-2-2-1-1-1
followed by
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
followed by an 8 to 10 minute barbell complex of some kind, often with pull-ups too. You can alternate the snatching days with Clean & Jerks.

EMOM 10 mins:
3 reps power snatch or power clean. (with a focus of dropping under the bar - rather than splaying feet to the sides). It is a good skill and strength building 'go to' WOD for me.

If by round 6 I am finishing under 20 seconds, I go up 10lbs, same at round 8.

If I am "gymless" and have no option to workout with weights, I choose my favorite girlfriend, Cindy:

Amrap20:
5 Pull up
10 Push up
15 Air squat

Tabata anything. Usually heavy bag if at home or burpees if not.

Re: What's your "Go To" workout?

I'm partial to throwing around barbells so...

Either the 7-10 minute EMOM

2 reps C&J heaviest possible

Or

Rudy's beat the coach workout:

Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes

Power Clean+Hang Clean+Push Jerk

As Rx'd at 225lbs. You can start at whatever weight you choose however you may add weight but not take it off.
