Time to put a face on the maniac... I am progressing toward all of my goals quite nicely.. my physique has never looked better... Hats off to Crossfit and the Warrior Diet..Pardon the corny *** pose and things of the sort.. Me and photoshop = odd results (If I look a bit bloated... just finished my main meal :-) )

Looking good, bro. You're a beast.

I had my brother order "Maximum Muscle, Minimum Fat". After reading it, I may give the WD a go.

The WD seems to be more of a slimming diet than a muscle gaining diet. Jay (or others) what were your numbers before you started the WD vs. now?

Befor I started on the WD I was at appoximatley 197 (12-15% bf), currently I weight 175 (7-9% bf). As fo right now I've been eating strictly no carb 2-3 meals a day with snacks due to not having the time at night to prepare a large meal. But hopefully will be back on a WD style of eating soon.

I have put on some muscle and lost some fat. I have actually only lost 3 pounds. I have gained LBM though so the fat loss is greater.

Jay(or Jonathan?)---

Good pic. mainly the arms. are those like 15"?

I had a question for those of you with the warrior diet book. Something Ori wrote that was a bit odd to me concerning his "Warrior milk" or maybe it was his "Warrior growth serum."

I believe in his spiel to sell it, he said someone told him "The warrior milk is the closest tasting thing to my Mother's milk."

I dont remember if that was exactly how it was quoted, but I do remember the thought in my head was........."???żżż"

you know.......(wtf?)

Cheers

Roy

Roy,

Go by both. Yeah about 15s.

As far as Ori and his Warrior Milk/Growth Serum go, I have no clue!
