CrossFit @ Schaumburg Lifetime

The nearest affiliate is about an hour away from me so I work out at the Lifetime in Schaumburg, IL. Is there anyone in the area or who goes there who would like to get together to do the WODs a few times a week? I am available in the mornings as I work second shift.

There's an affiliate in Arlington Heights and one in Roselle. both links wfs

Great! I didn't even realize that these two were in existence. The one is Roselle is only like 10 minutes away so I'll definately have to check it out.

I've been working out at Crossfit Roselle MWF evenings. It's newly opened. Jason is coaching singles and pairs in the evenings there at the moment. It's been great so far.

I'm available for getting together to do WODs on Tuesday and Saturday for the rest of my 3/1/2/1 schedule. I'm not at Lifetime, but I do have a membership at the Schaumburg park district. The one advantage it has over Lifetime is an indoor running track, which has been nice for the WODs that have a running component.
