Sandbag WOD

With a 50# sandbag:

Perform 8 intervals, consisting of a .25 mile run, followed by one set of 10 of the following, alternating exercises at each interval:

Full squat cleans
High pulls
Zerker (sp?)squats

So, for example:
Run .25 mile
10 full squat cleans
Run .25 mile
10 high pulls
etc.

No resting between intervals

My time was 29:35, but this was the beta for this WOD. Aiming for 25:00 next time.
