Bodyweight PR

This morning I got on my digital scale and it read 159.2. I am 5'7" and 37 years old and like most "normal" people prior to coming to CrossFit in April of last year (our affiliate opened in July), I had been steadily gaining weight for the past 20 years since I graduated from high school (1988).

I was shocked to see my weight dip below 160... I got off the scale and got back on just to be sure... yep. I have not been that light since about 1995. This is down from about 185# this time last year, and down from my heaviest about 6 months before that when I was well over 190.

from the opposite perspective, i am over 160 for the first time ever (ive always wanted to gain weight). cheers.
