Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
18 Box jumps, 24" box (sub 36 split jumps)
15 Toes to bar
12 Pull-ups
= 6 rounds, 36sj, 12ttb

*Ouch. I wanted to quit after the second round for some reason. My TTB and pullups were WEAK!! I can't let my strength deteriorate when I'm working on the road from now on. I was never a fan of the "new years resolution", but I have a valid one this year.

I vow to always seek out a legit gym when on the road every day that time allows.

Five rounds for time of:
2x60lb DB Deadlift, 9 reps
60lb Right Arm DB Hang power snatch, 6 reps
60lb Right Arm DB Overhead squat, 3 reps
60lb Left Arm DB Hang power snatch, 6 reps
60lb Left Arm DB Overhead squat, 3 reps
= 7:46

*The DB felt strange after all the KB work. Grip was fried from yesterday.

"Hidalgo" (no vest)

For time:
sub row 2 miles
Rest 2 minutes
135 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
40 split jumps sub
20 Walking lunge steps with 45lb plate held overhead
40 split jumps sub
135 pound Squat clean, 20 reps
Rest 2 minutes
sub row 2 miles
= 40:09

*That was a train wreck on the cleans. My lower back tightened up horribly after the first 10. I crawled through the rest of them. All touch and go, no dropping (which I think was the issue). I can't say I'm surprised because that was literally the first oly lifting I've done in over a year, but I'm still dissapointed. Hopefully I didn't injure anything.

Outside hotel in Columbus-

5 Rounds:
30 double unders
30 walking lunges
20 pushups
= 9:32

*Felt good, should have been a bit faster lunging on later rounds.

Careful with the DU's on the heel Nik!! You might want to sub burpees, more fun that way anyhow
