15 russian swings (2 pood)

*Taters are basically a russian swing into a goblet squat clean where you flip the kb upside down in the transition. Jay has a video of them on his log.

I'm home for the holidays now. The hard part of my work training is over, everything went well and I had fun during most of it.

For time:
Run 1000 meters
100 Push-ups
2pood KB Squat Snatch, 20 reps (10 per side)
= 10:16

*Pushups felt pretty weak for whatever reason. Snatches were very tough from the pushups.

*Much slower than I was expecting. I guess the lunges slowed things down.
