I'm training to fly different airplanes. It's faster and bigger, good news. I was really surprised how fast my shoulders got tired on that workout. It's going to be tough training and eating well on the road, we'll we how well I can handle it.

Perhaps they have a bigger pilots lounge also with some bars would be great.

I would definitely enjoy that Scott, but lets hope not!! I have poor self control when I'm on the road and not in my structured enviroment.

400m Run (half down/half uphill)

*That was slow. Almost got beat by Scott using the 70lb. I hate excuses but my sleep patterns have been everything but a pattern for the past week, got about 5-6 hours in the past day in 2 sessions seperated by 5 hours. Time to get more regular.

Just got home in NJ today from a week in Columbus OH. Ill be home for 3 days before going to Dallas TX for more training which will last 2 weeks, then home for 1 day, then back to Columbus for 1 week. Then after that, I dont know, but it won't be at home for much time for a while.

Swim 25m
15 Pushups
Swim 25m
15 Squats
= 12 rounds, 25m+15 pushups

*I definitely need goggles. My eyes are blood red from the chlorine and it was actually slowing down the swimming after 15min because I was avoiding getting water in my eyes. Other than that, it was long but fun.
