Its still feeling slightly weird, but MUCH better Nik. I'm going to do a workout today. Either the 5 rounder with runs, MUs, hspus, L-sits or the regional with lighter OHSs.

Threerounds for time of:
Run 200 meters 7 Muscle-ups (strict) Run 200 meters 7 Handstand push-ups Run 200 meters 30 second L-sit hold Run 200 meters 20 Squats = 22:24 *Decided to take it easy for another day. Didn't want to irritate the back with too much volume or pistols. Back is steadily getting better and should be doing the regional workout tomorrow. |

Nice work, That took me forever. MUs got hard for me. I hope the back is great today. I felt the pistols in my back after that one.

Yeah pistols can be really back intensive, thats why I avoided them, I've had previous back issues from doing them at high rep with bad form.

Three rounds for time of: 60lb Left Arm OHS, 10 reps 60lb Right Arm OHS, 10 reps 50 Double-unders (heavy rope) = 7:19 *Back is feeling good. |

GLAD to hear it on the back! Be sure to drink enough fluids.
Man the workout messed me up this time, Shoulder fatigure big time for me from the MU, HSPUs the day befor, heck the pistols had mt back a bit off to. That reminde me. I think it is cool that they get top crossfitter to demo our workouts, but I'd like to see them do a cycle and see how it worksd out for the. I'd like to see the same persons to a 3day cycle and see if they get the same break down I get by the end of some of these cycles. |
