Run 5km - 25:30 (rain, wind, few hills)

Not very fast, but this was a huge mental victory for me. First 5km without pain, first 5km without stopping, and first 5km where I thought 10km would be feasible.

Plus I beat Katie.

Overall, everything felt like crap, except my conditioning. The good news is that this run was a PR even though it didn't feel so great. (This was only my second time ever running a 5k outside). So, that means it can only get better from here. WOOT!

Jodi,

Having done Heavy Bench before the run would have slowed me down, too. But not bad for only second time running 5k outdoors. Nice work on shaving your time, nonetheless.

Thanks Gant!! I have a funny feeling Anthony won't be doing any max effort thrusters tonight. haha!

Deadlifts felt okay, but I was a little distracted by what was coming next. First time with Murph, was hoping for sub 40, very pleased with sub 34!

Jodi,

Very heavy load on squats. That's getting close to 2x your body weight! Like, 40 lbs more and you're there.

It's my first Murph, too. You have nice time there for your first.
