Cleans

Can't really change much before my comp on saturday but what do you guys think? Couldn't jerk because my chest was giving problems on the dip (old injury).

Re: Cleans

nice lifts Jake. A little hard to judge from the angle and distance but overall, the lifts seem pretty smooth. My suggestion from this point would be...add more weight.

also, does Dr.G. have a tan yet? haha

best of luck on your comp.

Re: Cleans

Nice lifts, maybe a little more leg drive and tighter catch but not bad at all.

Re: Cleans

Jake,

If you can, video your last warmup and your platform lifts. They would be interesting to analyze. Good luck in your competition. The only thing you can change the week before a competition is your attitude. Stay Strong, Be Strong and Chew The Bar in Half.
