Pulling heavy deadlifts.
For a conditioning-based workout, I often go for something involving burpees and double-unders. |

Usually something with kettlebells. Helen is a good one when looking for something to do.

I like Cindy. But my favorite wod is Murph. Last time I did it Pr'ed at under 35:00.

Take a 10 pounds med ball throw it different ways for distance and sprint to it. Example, push pass, overhead throw, side ways throw etc..... And the best of all is Hill Sprints. Lots of them...... Strength work is usually heavy HPC with dips or sand bag squat. |
