Pulling heavy deadlifts.

For a conditioning-based workout, I often go for something involving burpees and double-unders.

Usually something with kettlebells. Helen is a good one when looking for something to do.

I like Cindy. But my favorite wod is Murph. Last time I did it Pr'ed at under 35:00.

After a long break/vacation I like a buffet of movement to get back in the swing of things.

Squat Isabel or Air Force.

I do something similar. Put 5 min on the time and flip as many times as I can in said 5 min. Anything under 30 flips and I know I'm slacking somewhere.

I also, do 12-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Burpees followed by the same amount of stairs sprints.

I chase the med ball around too. Take a 10 pounds med ball throw it different ways for distance and sprint to it. Example, push pass, overhead throw, side ways throw etc.....

And the best of all is Hill Sprints. Lots of them......

Strength work is usually heavy HPC with dips or sand bag squat.

Oh man, I love hill sprints. Short for explosiveness, medium for anaerobic torture, long for endurance....nothing makes your legs feel like jelly moreso than some good ol' hillwork.

You cannot beat hill sprints really. Sadly, most people overlook them at another tool in the box.
