Looking for equipment advice

Ok, I am looking to train in the morning before work and the easiest and most viable way would be to get some gear for my garage. I already go to a affiliate during the evening but I would like to do some strength and skill work in the morning. Any suggestions on what equipment should be essential other than a bar and rack. What would be the best place to purchase this? Thanks for your help.
