gracilis muscle

My girlfriend injured her groin and the injury points to the gracillis muscle and the tendons at the insertion point and diagnosed as such. She has had this injury for several months without things getting much better. She has had trigger point and ART and even one session of ultrasound (which she says helped).

Any suggestions about treatments and workouts that a) would help heal and b) not aggravate?
