Go with the kilo-denominated plates. I have consistently trained with pound plates, and I was confused as all get out when I entered my first competition yesterday.

Start thinking in kilos, and start doing so early!

Anyone have any experience with VTX plates on BS Olympic Gym? I did a search and someone mentioned that a friend's set split after a few drops. Fact or fiction?
